All pre-owned devices listed on this store use the following grading scale:

Grade	Description
Excellent	No visible scratches or dents. Fully functional. Like new.
Good	Minor scratches from normal use. Fully functional.
Fair	Visible signs of use (scratches/scuffs). Fully functional.
Faulty	Has hardware or software issues. Sold for parts or repair.

5. Orders and payment

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. Orders are only confirmed when payment is verified and stock is reserved.
We accept bank transfer, card payment (via Paystack/Stripe), and approved buy-now-pay-later options where displayed.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or where stock is unavailable.
