How to Place an Order
Ordering from DeediX Store is quick and secure. Follow the steps below to get your device delivered to your door.
Browse & find your product
Use the search bar or browse by category - Smartphones, Laptops, Gaming, Accessories. Filter by brand, condition, and price to find the right deal.
Add to cart
On the product page, select any available options (storage, colour) and click "Add to Cart". You can continue shopping and add multiple items.
Review your cart
Click the Cart icon in the navbar to review your items, check quantities, and confirm pricing including any applicable discounts or promo codes.
Enter delivery details
At checkout, provide your full name, delivery address, and phone number. We deliver across Nigeria - confirm your state and city for accurate shipping estimates.
Choose a payment method
Select your preferred payment option - bank transfer, card, or other available methods. You will receive payment instructions after placing the order.
Confirm your order
Review your order summary and click "Place Order". A confirmation email is sent immediately with your Order ID. Keep it handy for tracking.

- Create an account to save your address and track orders from your dashboard.
- Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays are processed the same day.
- If a product is out of stock, use "Notify Me" to get an alert when it returns.
