Cancel an Order
Changed your mind? Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours. Here is how to do it quickly.

How to cancel
Act within 2 hours
Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window the order may already be packed and ready for dispatch.
Contact us immediately
Message us on WhatsApp or email store@deedixtech.com with your Order ID and the subject "Order Cancellation". The faster you reach out, the better.
Cancellation confirmation
Our team will confirm the cancellation by email within 1 business hour. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns process instead.
Refund issued
If payment was made, a full refund is processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 1–2 banking days.
Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel part of an order?
Yes - if your order has multiple items and has not yet been packed, we can remove individual items. Contact us as early as possible.
What if I ordered the wrong variant (e.g. wrong storage)?
Contact us within 2 hours and we will swap the item for the correct variant if stock is available. No cancellation fee applies.
Will I be charged a cancellation fee?
No. DeediX Store does not charge cancellation fees for eligible cancellations made within the 2-hour window.
What if my order has already shipped?
Once dispatched you cannot cancel. You may return the item under our 30-day returns policy once it arrives.
