Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfers. Stripe online checkout is coming soon - in the meantime, contact us to complete your order.

Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be packed. Contact us as early as possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes - a confirmation email is sent automatically as soon as your order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days within Nigeria. Express next-day delivery is available in Lagos. See our Shipping page for full details.

Is there free shipping?

Yes - all orders over ₦150,000 qualify for free standard shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Nigeria only. International shipping is on our roadmap.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on all unopened or defective items. Used and open-box items carry a 14-day window. See our Returns page for step-by-step instructions.

Do products come with a warranty?

Brand new devices carry the manufacturer warranty. Certified used devices come with our 6-month DeediX warranty covering hardware defects.

My item arrived damaged - what do I do?

Photograph the item and packaging, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Products & Conditions

What does "Open Box" mean?

Open Box items have been returned by a customer but are in excellent condition. Every open box item is inspected, tested, and re-certified by our team before listing.

Are used devices unlocked?

All phones listed as "unlocked" work on any network. Carrier-locked phones are clearly labelled.

How are used devices graded?

We use three grades: Grade A (like new, minimal signs of use), Grade B (light scratches, fully functional), Grade C (visible wear, fully functional). Grade is shown on every product listing.
