Payment Options
We offer multiple flexible ways to pay. Choose the option that works best for you.
Bank Transfer
Transfer directly to our business account. We confirm payment within 1–4 business hours and dispatch your order the same or next working day.
Account details are provided on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email.
Debit / Credit Card
Online card checkout via Stripe is in development. Once live, you will be able to pay securely with Visa or Mastercard at checkout.
For now, reach out via WhatsApp or email and we will arrange a secure card payment link.
WhatsApp Pay / Direct Payment
Prefer to pay directly? Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and we will send a secure payment link or bank details instantly.
Pay on Delivery (Lagos Only)
Cash on delivery is available for orders within Lagos Island and Mainland. A refundable deposit of 30% is required at time of order to confirm your slot.
Available on qualifying orders only. Not available for high-value items above ₦500,000.

When is my payment confirmed?
Bank transfers are confirmed within 1–4 business hours on weekdays. You will receive an email once payment is verified and your order is dispatched.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We never store card details on our servers. All payment data is processed through PCI-compliant channels.
Can I pay in instalments?
Instalment plans are available for corporate or bulk orders. Contact us at store@deedixtech.com to discuss options.
What currencies do you accept?
We currently accept Nigerian Naira (₦) only. International orders can be discussed via email.
