Every plan includes a custom-built AI assistant, secure RBAC access controls, integration into one of your systems, and 30 days of post-deployment support.
Are these one-time payments or subscriptions?+
Starter and Professional are one-time project fees. Enterprise is scoped separately based on complexity and ongoing SLA requirements.
What counts as an "integration"?+
An integration connects your AI assistant to an existing platform - a CRM, ERP, Slack workspace, internal portal, or custom database.
Can I upgrade plans later?+
Yes. Clients on Starter or Professional can upgrade at any time. The additional work is scoped and quoted at the delta cost.
Do you offer payment in USD?+
Yes. CAD, USD, EUR, and GBP invoicing is available for international clients. Contact us for FX details.
What happens after deployment?+
All plans include a 30-day stabilisation window. After that, you can retain DEEDIX AI on a monthly retainer for monitoring, retraining, and feature additions.
